Rats and mice can chew wiring and insulation and spread disease. They are often heard before they are seen, so watch for these signs.
- Scratching or scurrying sounds in the walls or attic, especially at night.
- Droppings near food, in cabinets or along walls.
- Gnawed wires, boxes or food packaging.
- Grease marks along walls or near entry points.
- Strange smells or pets that keep staring at one spot.
